as an IT Administrator (m/f/x) Service Desk / Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management 

your responsibilities

  • Your central tasks are the evaluation, resolution or forwarding of technical fault reports and service requests
  • You will be responsible for managing, configuring and installing new IT equipment, including forklift terminals, handheld scanners and label printers at our warehouse locations
  • You will also be responsible for the support and further development of our asset, contract and ticket system Matrix 42 as well as Mobile Device Management (MobileIron)
  • In addition, you will be in charge of the planning and implementation of automated IT services based on workflow- processes and you will be responsible for parts of the maintenance and further development of system and user documentation.

but now : about you

  • You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/x) or have a related professional background
  • You have extensive knowledge in system administration of Microsoft applications (Windows 10, Office 365, etc.) as well as in dealing with Windows Active Directory (GPO, user group and security concept)
  • Knowledge in the administration of Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management, Citrix XenApp, VMware vSphere, the ability to create scripts and / or Powershell is desirable
  • Due to our decentralized organization, a willingness to travel of 20-40% is required in order to support our locations in for example Raunheim and Duisburg, with your know-how from time to time. 
  • Very good written and spoken English skills are essential, good German language skills are a plus. In addition, you have an independent solution-oriented way of thinking and working as well as a high customer and service orientation.
